Public information site
The public site does not include analytics, advertising trackers, user accounts or a contact form. If you email us, your email provider and ours process that message. The web server may keep ordinary security logs such as timestamp, requested path, IP address and browser information.
Private beta data
Access is invitation-only. To operate a prepaid calling account, the beta processes an authenticated account identifier, balance and ledger events, destination telephone numbers, tariff and quote details, call timing and provider call identifiers, operational errors, and audit records required to reconcile a call.
The application does not include a call-recording feature. Microphone audio is carried through the browser calling provider when you start a call.
Why this information is used
- to authenticate the beta user and isolate their balance and history;
- to price, reserve, connect, settle and troubleshoot requested calls;
- to prevent abuse, enforce spending limits and investigate discrepancies;
- to maintain financial and operational records required for the service.
Service providers
CallAnyNumber uses infrastructure and telecommunications providers to deliver the site and calls. Telephone numbers and call metadata are shared only as needed to route and reconcile the call. Provider systems may process data in countries outside Lithuania or the European Economic Area under their own contractual safeguards.
Retention and security
Call and ledger records are retained while needed for balance integrity, reconciliation, abuse prevention, support and applicable legal obligations. Access to the calling beta and operator tools is restricted; sensitive runtime credentials are not exposed in the browser.
Your choices and requests
You can ask what personal data is associated with your beta account, request correction, or ask whether deletion is possible subject to financial, security and legal record requirements. Email hello@callanynumber.com.
If the beta expands beyond manually invited users, this notice will be revised before public account registration or card payments are introduced.
