Private beta terms

Private-beta terms.

These terms describe the current invite-only CallAnyNumber beta operated by MB Alcau. They are intentionally scoped to the manually supported trial.

Updated 24 September 2026

Invite-only access

Beta accounts are created manually for selected users. Access may be limited, paused or withdrawn to protect users, provider accounts and the service. Do not share your authenticated session or attempt to bypass account, destination, balance or concurrency limits.

Credits, holds and call cost

Beta credit is issued manually by the operator; public card payments are not available. Before a call, the application displays the price per started minute, maximum duration and maximum amount placed on hold. After provider confirmation, the actual started-minute cost is charged and the unused hold is returned to the account balance.

The public rate directory is a country-level guide. The price shown for the complete telephone number inside the private app is the price applicable to that new call.

Acceptable use

Use the beta only for lawful person-to-person calls you are entitled to place. Do not use it for harassment, fraud, impersonation, automated calling, traffic generation, premium or special-service exploitation, emergency calling, or activity that violates a telecommunications provider’s rules or applicable law.

No emergency or inbound service

CallAnyNumber supports outgoing calls only. It cannot receive callbacks and must not be used for 112, 911 or any emergency service. It does not provide a personal telephone number and is not a replacement for mobile or fixed telephone service.

Beta availability and support

The service may be unavailable while rates, provider access, reconciliation or safety controls are being reviewed. A call can be refused before connection when pricing, balance, destination policy or operational state cannot be verified safely. Do not rely on the beta for time-critical communication.

Questions or account issues

For beta access, balance questions, a disputed call record or a privacy request, email hello@callanynumber.com. Include enough context to identify the beta account, but do not email passwords, verification codes or full payment-card details.
